CHRISTMAS EVE- TRIFLE

It's back! The berry pav trifle.

Layers of gin soaked sponge cake, vanilla bean custard, whipped cream, macerated strawberries and real raspberry jelly. Topped with whipped mascarpone cream and comes with crushed meringues and strawberry milk crumb to garnish at home. 

Comes in a glass trifle bowl- yours to keep. 

Approx 2.5 litres of trifle, serves 12-15.

No substitutions can be made. Contains gluten, dairy, eggs, gelatine, alcohol (gin), may contain traces of soy. Prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts of all types.

All xmas catering is available for pick up only, on December 24th between 10am-2pm from Cream Eatery, 14 Garden Place.
